Third Financial District Hospitality Company for Hotel Operations ("Atheel KAFD", "we", "us" or "our") owns the Atheel KAFD hotel, which is operated by Adeera Hospitality Company (“Adeera”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) pursuant to the terms of a hotel management agreement entered into between Atheel KAFD and Adeera. The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website (www.atheelkafd.com). These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and any other documents referred to in these documents.
This website belongs to and is provided by the Adeera Hospitality Company, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under 1010661169 and that has its office at 8596, Prince Turki Ibn Abdulaziz Al Awal, King Saud University, 12371 Riyadh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its affiliates (collectively, "Adeera", "we", "us", "our").

Bookings made through the website whether the booking is with Adeera or Atheel KAFD are subject to:
